Kelli Calabrese, MS, CSCS – Kelli is a clinical exercise physiologist who has been a fitness industry leader for over two decades. She is one of the most decorated professionals whose roles include health club ownership, being the Lead Fitness Expert for eDiets, and editing Personal Fitness Professional Magazine. Kelli has 24 fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle related certifications to her credit, along with being a spokesperson and consultant in the industry. Being part of the Adventure Boot Camp System has been one of her most valued and significant career contributions.
Kelli owned and operated a chain of fitness centers in NJ for 14 years, and was the lead fitness expert for eDiets and eFitness for 3 years. Kelli is on the board of advisors and a spokesperson for many fitness and consumer organizations.
She has been the editor of Personal Fitness Professional magazine for over 2 years. Kelli has been a trainer to trainer since she began her first school in 1992 called Xercise Institute. Currently she is on the board of directors for the Personal Trainer Business Alliance, Purdue University, My Nutrition Store and iParenting . She is also the author of Feminine, Firm & Fit – Building A Lean Strong Body in 12 Weeks. Dr. Christopher Mohr, PhD RD is a nutrition spokesperson and consultant to a number of media outlets and corporations including Discovery Health Channel, The Dairy Council, Clif Bar, and Nordic Naturals. He is also the Sports Nutritionist for Under Armour's TNP Training Council. Through his company Mohr Results, Inc., he works with all types of individuals from soccer moms to collegiate and professional athletes. His weekly health segment can be heard on WHAS radio in Louisville and often appears on TV as a nutritional guest expert, including an appearance with Chef Emeril Lagasse. He was the nutrition expert for a book he worked on with LL Cool J called “LL Cool J's Platinum Workout.” He is a sought out nutrition expert who has written over 500 articles for consumer publications, such as Men’s Fitness, Weight Watchers, Men’s Health and Fitness, to name a few. Dr. Mohr has Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Nutrition from the Pennsylvania State University and University of Massachusetts, respectively. He earned his PhD in exercise physiology from the University of Pittsburgh and is a Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics.

Dr. Kara Mohr, PhD, is an internationally known educator in the area of weight loss, behavior change, and exercise and is co-owner of Mohr Results, Inc. Prior to Mohr Results, Dr. Mohr was an assistant professor at the University of Louisville, and was the Assistant Director of the Physical Activity & Weight Management Research Center at the University of Pittsburgh. She has lectured internationally on the topic of behavior change and permanent weight loss, and is a regularly sought after expert source by national publications including the New York Times, Fitness, Health, Self, and more. Dr. Mohr has been working in the area of weight control research for the past seven years and was recently named one of the top weight loss doctors in the country by Prevention Magazine. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The Pennyslvania State University, and a Master of Science and PhD in Exercise Physiology from the University of Pittsburgh.

Michael Seril, MS is recognized as an active member of the fitness community, both in Orange and Los Angeles County and on the national scale. He is the owner and founder of Michael Seril Fitness in Whittier, CA, where he has networked with Presbyterian Hospital and Bright Medical Associates, two of the largest medical facilities in the city. From there he has forged a strong relationship with medical doctors, health educators and registered dietitians by offering free health and fitness seminars to the community. His class, “Exercise is Medicine,” informs 60-80 people every month about the benefits of exercise and a healthy lifestyle. The class also includes a newsletter, which is currently read by more than 8,000 readers every month, and the number continues to grow!
Michael earned his Masters and Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology – Exercise Physiology & Exercise Science from California State University Northridge in 2002 where he was also an instructor for Weight Training and Fitness for Life courses. For his thesis project during graduate school, Michael designed and implemented an exercise program for the Civilian employees of the LA City Fire Department. In addition to his Masters Degree, Michael is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, the American Council on Exercise, the American Academy of Health, Fitness and Rehabilitation Professions, and is recognized as an IDEA Master Fitness Trainer.
He has contributed to the national media as a writer for Reuters Media Company, The Washington Post, and Men’s Health, Shape, Get Active (IHRSA), Maximum Fitness, Muscle & Fitness and Skin Deep magazines.
In 2006 Michael partnered with the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports. In the same year, he was named by the NSCA as the 2006 Personal Trainer of the Year and a finalist for the 2006 ACE Personal Trainer of the Year award. Michael continues to make strides toward achieving his dream of integrating “exercise” and “medicine” into the same sentence.
